The production workshop has 60 knitting machines equipped with automatic machines for 144, 156 and 200 needles. Professional equipment takes only a few minutes to make one pair of socks. The production facilities allow to produce more than 4,500,000 pairs of products per year.
All production premises are equipped with a modern system of ventilation, aspiration and air conditioning, which ensures comfortable working conditions.
High quality products are ensured by qualified personnel, modern equipment, high-quality raw materials and strict quality control at all stages of production, in accordance with European standards.
We use natural materials to create products, such as: cotton, wool and others. We order raw materials from Uzbekistan, India and Turkey.
Product quality control is a critically important stage that ensures product compliance with high standards. It begins with a thorough inspection of each product for compliance with technical requirements and design specifications.
The first step is a visual inspection - specialists check the products for defects: uneven seams, stains, incorrect colors or patterns. It is important that every detail is perfect, because even the smallest defect can affect the comfort and aesthetics of the product.
An important stage is checking the size and compliance of the socks with the given size standards. This ensures proper fit and comfort when wearing.
The final step is packaging, where each pair of socks undergoes a final inspection before reaching the consumer. Here, it is once again checked whether the packaging meets the aesthetic and functional requirements.
